Grow up. Have some pride. Walk away.
Keep your self respect and do not respond to any of his insults
Something like bullying does not need any response.
And if it is that bad then maybe you should get an adult to help or a school counselor.
Just be care full of what you think you can say, it might bite you back and you may end up in more trouble then just having him bullying you.

He's been bullying you has he? hmmmmm, I'm not convinced. I think there is something more to it. If this boy really is bullying you, just pretend you don't care and ignore him. I have my doubts though, and I don't think you should sink down to a bully's level, as it makes you just as bad as them.

But here is what I really think, I think the boy in the picture is you and you are feeling extremely self conscious about your appearance, which is why you have continually asked questions about this photo on two separate accounts. Remember that you're asking people to say mean things about a person that they have never met before. I hope for your sake that you are telling the truth, because if you're making this up, it makes what you're doing worse than anything he could possibly have done to you.
In saying that, if he is indeed bullying you, then this is something i read on a t-shirt....

This is so immature ... but here goes. Tell him to take his inbred butt to the dentist and go ahead and get the grill fixed that he's hiding. While he's there, have them refer him to someone who can clip those ears. And show him how to wash his face.
