I cant say the medical effect but arithmetically your number of tablet will be reduced at a time by 20. Hopefully you will not do that.

It could cause heart failure and lots of other serious stuff. That is a drug you should not play around with. Twenty of any drug is to much. I hope you are not considering doing this.

Your blood pressure would drop, your heart would slow down and you might probably die....like what would happen with an OD in most pills....why would you want to know that?
