There is no such thing as the "best usage" of a computer. A computer is merely a tool. It's like asking what is the best use of a hammer, or the best use of a bicycle.

in the last month broadband has came to where i live and i can use the computer to communicate with voice; FREE
prior to this it cost me $4.00 a minute to phone abroad on a crappy land line
