Well what most do that are in your situitation is kidnap them, hold them chained in the pit you have dug under your house and bang them whenever you want! But the police and society tend to frown on that!!

you can't make any one your girlfriend if they are not attracted to you. so your only option is some one who is attracted to you.
spend some time with her, get to know her, and really find out if you want to make a commitment to her and be her boyfriend and if you really want her to be your girlfriend. and if you find that you do, then tell her and you guys start dating

How do you know she doesnt like you.
Some girls can like you even when they are not attracted to you.
They can be your gf too.....these girls are hard to find but they do exist.

well there is not much to do.
You can simply ask here,but not on purpose. Like ,,you can nudge, while she is holding her books. So you know further.
