Don't run. That doesn't solve problems. Look for a new job. You'd have to find a new one if you leave anyway. Get out with your wife more often so she doesn't think about the trash, and see about getting out of your mortgage. Downsize and move to an apartment. You just need a little excitement and change. Your wife probably does too. Go on a vacation together. Pick up after yourself. Agree on doing a couple of designated chores. Consider hiring a maid; they are not as expensive as people think. This is the responsible and mature way to "run from it all."
Don't quit. You can do this!

Well...while that might be what you want to do...it's something you really shouldn't do.

If you run away from the wife...eventually you will meet someone. Then you'll have to contact the first wife in order to get divorced or whatever...and then you'll look like an idiot to the new woman.

The mortgage you can't run away from...but if you were to divorce, perhaps it would have to be sold or she would buy you out...in order for you to pay it off.

There is really no where to run.

At 19 I joined the Army to leave a woman I mistakenly married. You can never go far enough...it is better to deal with things openly. Tell her you're tired of it & if you really mean it...start the divorce proceedings. It is your life...start making it better.

Go to Hawaii and take a vacation. Then put it all in perspective. Somehow, nagging wife, mortgage and boring job will seem a little less terrible.

Men and automobiles are much alike, Some are right at home on an uphill pull; others run smoothly only going down-grade,and when you hear one knocking all the time.it's a sure sign there is something wrong under the hood.
