Sorry to answer a question with a question, but why would you ask that here? Seriously. You obviously know how to spell the country name. I would think it would have been MUCH easier to just type "country Georgia" or "map Georgia" into google and get the answer that way.
Are you in a country that restricts your access to google or something? Or maybe you're just testing "Yahoo! Answers" out and this is the first question that came to mind?

I believe it's on or near the Caspian sea, and it is near Russia Turkey and Azerbijan.
