Of course, Why should a woman with "fine" legs show them all the time. There are women and men with many "fine" body parts. So what? Are these parts expected to be exposed all the time? What if the "fine" legged person had to pour concrete? Or use a cutting torch? Exposed legs in those instances won't be "fine"' much longer.

Ofcourse! Just bc soemone has fine legs doesnt mean they cant wear long dresses...Just dont wear them all the time--try to define your legs a little as well

I think it depends on where she is.A short dress will make such a woman really attractive,but definitely not in all situations.
It 's OUR job to be aware of what to do,in each situation.
Of course she can do whatever she wants,but she should be aware of the results.

hi i like beautiful legs. if u hav long legs u can wear short skirts which is upto ur knee. so that guys hearts wil stop for sometime.
