location of fuel pump relay&eec power relay on a 1990 lincoln t/c?

hi there should be a fuse in the main fuse box under the hood, will the car crank or do you hear the fuel pump come on?

Have you checked the enertia switch? It's in the trunk. On the inner fender. It has a little red button on it. If it goes bad you can just cut the wires and tie them together. Good luck.
