It seems to me that the Israeli Ambassador to Greece is an Israeli Muslim Arab. Many civil servants and members of the Knesset are Muslim or Christian Arabs.
Black Israelis are everywhere, and like all Israelis can live wherever they can afford to buy or (usually but unfortunately less frequently) to rent.
It is true that there is administrative (and to some extent legal) discrmination against non-Jews. But for you to say or imply that it rises to the level of Apartheid is nonsense.
The issue is too complex to discuss here, and anyway you obviously have your own agenda, and wouldn't listen.

Arabs in Israel can and do vote, there are more than 10 Arab members in the Knesset (Israel parliament) Arab political parties in Israel are outspoken, one member of Knesset was the political adviser of Arafat.
there is no law that forbids intermarriage of Muslims and Jews, or converting to Islam.
on the other hand, in most Muslim countries Jews have no political rights, and if a Muslim converts to another religion the Sharia (Muslim) law orders him executed.
Now the right question should be - why are orthodox Muslim countries, that have an obvious apartheid policy, not sanctioned?

What apartheid policies? Palestinians and Arabs have rights equal to Jews in Israel. They even serve in the Knesset.
From Wiki: "Israeli Arabs are full citizens of the State of Israel, with equal protection under the law, and full rights of due process. Unlike Jewish citizens, they cannot be drafted into the Israeli army, but they may serve voluntarily. There are currently twelve Israeli Arabs sitting as members of the 17th Knesset out of a total of 120 seats, and there is one Arab judge, Justice Salim Jubran, sitting in the Supreme Court of Israel. Ariel Sharon's 2001 cabinet included one Israeli Arab minister, Salah Tarif, and in March 2005, Oscar Abu Razaq was appointed Director General of the Ministry of Interior."

I don't. Israel is fighting against terrorist. We support countries that fight against terrorist. Why would sacntion a country that is trying to help the world? The US is giving Lebanon tons of money as well to rebuild their country. Explain that. I really don't think that half the people on answers fully understand what is going on, I really don't. If the US had a militia of crazy red necks thae kept shooting missles into Canada. Canada would say,'US fix your problem or we will." If the US refused, Canada would invade the US to rid the red necks that were shooting missles. This is what is happening on a much grander scale. Would you say that Canada was invading US in this scenario? I would say they were fixing a problem that the US was not, and they were more than entitled in doing so.

It's because if the US government imposed sanctions on Israel, they would lose the Jewish vote in the States.

They should, and US should fix there judgment balance. With justice US can’t get peace.
Israel should sanction for their nuclear activity, for their active 200+ nuclear bomb, for grabbing neighbor land (serious violation of their 10 commandments and UN and God laws), also killing innocent Arabs in daily basis.

They have stereotyped Muslims as Osamas... and all Osamas are game for killing. They kill Muslims and imagine they have killed the devil.... so it is easy on their conscience.
Which community does not have bad people or retrograde ideas.... but does that legitimise genocide?
I am a Muslim who does not like Islam, but i do not believe that i would want anyone murdered for his or her opinion.... or a country to be blown to bits to win elections at home.

We have yet to sanction Iran... Their policies towards non-Muslims have been more than discriminatory.
Double standards never work.
