When a man is about to ejaculate, there is a muscle at the base of the penis that shuts off the entrance to the bladder so it is impossible for semen and urine to escape at the same time. This is what happens in a healthy male. In some males, this muscle does not work properly and they can urinate and ejaculate at the same time but this is very rare.

urine is able to pass through the penis via the urethra. then when the penis becomes erect and either by having intercourse or through masturbation, the orgasm will cause semen to be forced out of the penis through the urethra, but only semen will come then, not urine. the bladder is basically shut off. just as during urination, the sexual organs are "disconnected" from the urethra. it's a pretty cool organ, capable of doing 2 things at 2 different times. wish the man was LOL.

urethra has 3 parts...
1.prostatic(goes thru the prostate)
2.The membranous urethra is the narrowest and least dilatable of all the parts of the male urethra. It is surrounded by the external urethral sphincter.
3.The spongy urethra passes through the bulb of the penis and the corpus spongiosum of the penis.
The seminal vesicle(carrying ur seminla fluid) will open into the prostatic uretha..and jus follow the course of the urethra the same way the urine does..have a look at the pic n u will understand..

I don't think you should be concerned but go to the Dr. to make sure. Chances are it's just semen mixed with urine.

How often did I think I was coming but the urine came out. I will never get used to it, neither will my girlfriend
