Just sounds like PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome). Very common..normal. Usually happens a few days before your cycle.

Some women have period cramps when they are ovulating. Its is very normal but you should go to the doctor just to be on the safe side.
Any ways- for the pain in the mean while you can use home made medicines like: Warming some olive oil and rub on the abdomen.
I added a link to a website that might have some more helpful solutions for the pain.
I hope you'll feel better!

That's totally normal, even though you think they are "due" in 6 days doesn't mean you not going to get them early. Cramps are your natural warning sign to tell you their coming. I rely very much on my body giving me those signals otherwise I'd get caught out. The cramps don't even need to be really painful, just slightly uncomfortable.

Why dont you check and see if you are pregnant? Pregnancy cramps start well before your period date. The cramping is caused by the tiny fertilized egg trying to bore its way into the uterus wall.

I wouldn't worry about it...at times the female body will make some changes...your body could be just changing when your going to have your period...if your that worried, the only way you won't be, is to visit the doctor...
