Why they get dragged is because the speed of train , the mass movement of huge bulk creates a partial vacuum since it drags the air very close to it, and this vacuum gets filled with air next to getting sucked, at a great speed, and people standing nearby too are taken along with this air towards the train due to 'intense' pull.

trains passing by create a vacuum of air that can pull you into them. Hey, maybe one day we won't need to board a train we just stand in a spot and it will suck us in. Just like the US government!
