Im having twins. At 24 wks the ultrasound tech says they are both girls. The more I look and compare the two pics, I am becoming unsure of what she said. Is there an easy way of determining this for myself. I dont see the three lines they say look for for a girl.

Don't look so hard, the technicians are usually always right, but they are known to be wrong. It's hard as you can imagine looking at this wiggling little thing and trying to make sure all things are in place. Only about 15 weeks to go and you will know for sure. In the mean time have some fun with this.
Apparently I am having a boy this time around.
My friends and I did this and we all had according to the chart. You will get a kick out of it. It's an ancient Chinese Gender chart.

No easy way. Even when you have the ultrasound equipment you can be wrong.

At 24 weeks an experienced ultrasound handler should know what she's looking at. She most likely is right.

You can view images of ultrasounds at the following site. You can compare your pictures to those on that site. If you went to an imaging facility, the ultrasound technologist is most likely right. If that tech had any doubts, she would not just guess on the sex, but she would tell you she was unable to determine the sex.

There is no full proof way. Try to work out to time of conception, baring in mind that the male sperm is faster but does not live as long as the female sperm. If you know when you ovulated and when you had sex then you can work it out (The unfertilized ovum will live for 3 days. If the last time you had sex prior to ovulation was more than 3 days the the odds are that your children will be female (All I can say is that this worked for me and I have one of each)

If you have doubts about the sex of the baby, you should have a 4d ultrasound done. They're really neat and you'll definitely be able to see the sex of the babies then.
