I used to have the same "problem". I am uncircumcised and when my first partner went down on me, I had an experience very much like the one you are describing. DO NOT GET CIRCUMCISED! It gets better with time. The body has the remarkable ability to adapt to different stimulii, your penis is no exception. I would try taping back the foreskin ( I used band-aids) for a couple of days a week. The friction caused of having your glans rub up against your underwear will desensitize it somewhat. Just remember, if you chose to have yourself circumcised, you cannot reverse it! But believe me, I considered circumcision myself, and let me tell you I am so happy that I didn't!!! Good luck!

The head of an uncircumcised penis tend to be more sensitive than those circumcised, because it is never exposed in the first place. It only gets to be exposed when you are masturbating or having sex, because you need to pull down your foreskin a bit.

However, if the pain you are experiencing is too much for you, try jerking off a more regularly. maybe your shaft is not yet accustomed to the sensation.

or it maybe that you were handled quite wrongfully that you've experienced pain rather than pleasure..

Just a wild guess.... I've heard that phimosis can cause great pain... that's when your foreskin is way too tight... Some men have that, and it's really no big deal if you just go to the doctor. You can have just a small part of your foreskin removed so that it is wider, and then it can be moved/ pulled back without causing pain. Well, that's just my guess. I'd say your best bet would be to ask a doctor about it, anyway! All the best to you!

maybe you should. the germs and infection you can get from having foreskin is quite high. you are better off without it......
