There are a number of websites you can visit which can bypass the proxy server settings: simply follow the instructions and you should be able to get to http://webmessenger.msn.com/ , here are list of the ones I know:

ermm go online and go on www.boredatschool.net and type in in the search www.webmessenger.msn.com and then it will bypass the administraters firewall and put you on web messenger.......
