First off you have to find out what is meant by the words
alliteration
simile
refrain
then you need to choose a theme (subject)
then you need to compose a short poem working around the knowledge you have just gained.

are you asking what this means or are you asking me to do your homework for you??

is you want a simile then you will include a line that says something like one of these..

as bright as the stars
like roses in the morning

a refrain is a repeated verse like a chorus in a song

alliteration means repeating a sound...

memories or moonbeams meandered

and no I dont feel like doing your homework but if you really want to write a poem and need some help contact me and I am happy to help you write your own poem
