Has a vision, fearless, with integrity, trustworthy and most important of all - act for the good of the nation and not for his clonies or himself.
He must have good organization skills and can communicate well. He sets an extremely high expectation on himself. He is also very good in selecting the right people to help him with the running of the nation.
He is able to galvanize the nation to focus on achieving the vision together.
He is a statesman - brave in asking for opinion on what's going on in the country, within the region and also the world. He anticipates issues before it happens. He is not afraid to make tough decisions and stick with it. He is not afraid to admit mistakes and move on - having learn from the mistakes.
He seeks opinions but make up his decision on his own.
