Is there any way of setting up my D500 so that I don't have to 'pair' with other phones when using bluetooth? At the moment, myself and anyone I am exchanging data with needs to put in corresponding codes before transferring data. I am assuming this is a safety feature so I can't be sent info I don't want, but is there any way of deactivating it?

There is a feature in all bluetooth headsets for you to be hidden, that means you can see others but they cant see you. If nobody can see you then they cant send a request. The other user is correct the code is 0000. If you want to send anything to another persons phone you will have to pair. By pairing that creates an invisable bluetooth connection for you to use.

Hi there once you've paired with someones phone you shouldn't have to do it again for connection with that same phone, btw the code for most phones is 0000 incase you never knew.

it frequently does that once you run out of memory on your telephone. If it has a mem card slot then get a memory card and it would greater healthful on. If no longer then only try deleting undesirable pictures, messages and so on
