Prakash, you seem to have slept through the SR lectures. While it's true that light has no mass, it still follows the shortest path geodesic through spacetime. And, if the local spacetime is operated upon by a gravitational tensor, the 3-space component is 'bent'. The bending of light from a straight line in the vicinity of a star has been measured I don't know how many times. It's real obvious when you watch a distant object appear to travel behind the Sun (as we orbit around it)
