are you asking about a supercharger or turbocharger? if you are asking about a supercharger, yes most engines can be supercharged. it will require a new or modified hood, plus a longer serpentine belt. let me remind you that a supercharger runs all the time, were as a turbo will engage only when the the intake spools up to a certain velocity. thus you will see decreased fuel economy with a supercharger because the engine has to actually turn the pulley on it. if you can do it, a turbo is the way to go.
