I've been using it for a couple weeks.

It's not really a "training program", it is just a way to use your Ipod to record your running data. So if you like having your distance, time and pace data, it is great.

You have a transmitter you put in your shoe (they have special shoes with a hole in the insole for it, but you can rig up something for your shoes if you want, check the web for examples). A reciever goes in your Ipod. As you run, it will update you on your distance and time. You can also push a button to get your pace. After the run, you download all your data to a nike running website that is pretty nice. Overall, it's pretty good, and i enjoy it. It only works with the Nano, so if have a different Ipod, it's probably not too helpful.

Madison's Jerry Kelly ranks No. 99. Monday.

The live show will mark the first time the announcement will be made on television.

So it came as no surprise when PBS announced last week that it will air a new documentary film, "The Tenth Inning," not this year but in the spring of 2010.

Burns wrote and produced "Baseball," a nine part documentary that aired in 1994. "The Tenth Inning" takes up baseball developments from 1993 through 2008.
