invitro fertilization is not a solution for blocked fallopian tubes. what it does is that the doctor fertilizes an egg with a donor sperm outside the body and places it on the uterus. the tubes are still blocked, nothing is done with the tubes. the real solution to blocked fallopian tubes is surgery, getting the obstruction out. there is no natural or herbal treatment for that.

i think what your trying to ask is what the other ways of getting pregnant are with blocked fallopian tubes. ivf is an option but there are alternatives to ivf depending on your indication. basically these involve harvesting your (or a donor's) eggs and fertilizing it outside your body bypassing the blocked tubes.

go consult with a gynecologist/reproductive medicine specialist.
