It's not very fast but it depends what you want to do with it. Provided you have enough RAM it may be perfectly adequate for your purpose.
Mine is 3 years old and runs at 3.04GHz
It's worth noting that Windows XP may not report your processor speed correctly:

We cannot boast about Processor Speed, Every month something new is coming up and replacing the UUULD one.And yours is not yet crap but will be in 6 months.
My Laptop runs at 2.6 Ghz ( it may sound a lot but actually its a crap because its a celeron and cache is 128 KB . So overall data rate is slow)
My PC runs a P-4 at 2.4 Ghz ( Model : 2.4A Ghz,533 Bus) . Now this thing got 1MB cache . I found that its more powerful than the HT model of the same Ghz. The HT model has 800 Mhz front side bus where it has 533. This is called size over speed...

Miine runs at 2.00 ghz - its an Athlon XP 2400. Regarding your question for modern day computers I would say a computer running 1.33ghz is "crap" :)

yeh not awfully fast, I think you can get 6 Ghz, but it is kind of hard to remember, as it is increasing so much these days.
Mines like 2. something Ghz, and works well, but also it has a Gig of RAM, which helps a lot.
Remember that your processor isnt the only thing that matters.

I bought mine the day they released the p933 basicly 1ghz. But yes by todays standard that is very slow. mind you my computer still runs liek a dream and infact runs smoother than most new computers, even though they may carry a 2ghz or higher processor!

Mines 2Ghz
1.33 Ghz is quite slow these days, but if it does the job you need it to do then it doesnt matter
