...I want to wear a short T-shirt on them since the pants are not too tight, the problem is that when I lift the pants Up till my waist my butt appears big then again when I pull them a little dow, the pants touch the ground and get dirty, so what shall I do??

take ur pants to the seanstress and have it cut. there... ul feel comfortable with what u wear.

It looks like you will have to break down and hem your pants. You could use some of that iron on stuff if you don't sew.

what you should have done is tried the pants on before you bought them. its obvious that they are too big for you and it too late to take them back. you can go to a tailor and have them sew them up to fit the way you want them to fit. or you can use a belt if there are belt loops
