it seems like all the women i meet out at bars are drunken morons, where can i go meet nice women now that im not surrounded by them in school?

Start by making friends. The more people you know, the more likely you are to get invited to parties with people who share your interests. Also, find a hobby that draws women. Take a swing or Salsa class and then go out dancing. Ask lots of people to dance. Even if you don't meet anyone, you'll have a good time.
