Just DECIDE that you want to be the happiest person around, and stay that way. Let no worries or negative things affect you, think positive at all times. Enjoy life's little moments and things, those that will keep you happy. It's a mental thing - just decide to do it and you have it.

Just accept things as they come.If its good news share it with others and if its bad news dont get upset and worry about it.Nothing is going to change about you being worried.Instead find a way to solve the problem.Dont have expectations in life.Expecations only bring in disappointment.Help others while they are in in trouble without any expectation as it will give you more pleasure and self satisfaction that you have helped some one.Be happy and contended in life.Never think i am not rich instead think im at least well off then others who are below poverty level.Offer the future to god and Thank god for the present and to give you peace of mind and the thought to be contended in life.As its said in bagavad gita "Do your duty without expecting anything in return".Its one of the preachings followed by many who want to achieve happiness in life.

Be kind and respectful to all other people. Show kindness to someone out of your heart. Speak with a pure mind and heart, understand there are people who are always in a worse situation than you. Never judge a book by it's cover; you do not know this persons life or the situation they are in.
