Being married doesn't give anyone the right to have sex with their partner at anytime. Sex is a mutual decision.

If what you're asking is, can a husband be criminally charged for raping his wife, then yes. At least in the Philippines anyway. MAybe in some other country, they have a counterpart law under marital abuse or violence against women and children.

Yes, it is possible for a husband to rape his wife and vice versa, but it is not right to do so of course. Rape occurs when a person is forced to have sexual intercourse and it is done without consent.

Legally yes a husband can rape his wife, morally it would be wrong to take a woman any woman eve your wife without her permission so I believe Christan's would be against it also.

What degree of force are u talking about here? The term "rape" is not applicable in a spouse relationship UNLESS if the situation turns violent and abusive.

Yes a husband can rape his wife. If any woman at any time says NO then it is rape. Christian or not if you are forced to have sex against your will it is rape!!!

If a woman says no and he forces her it is rape. Thats what rape is. Sex against her consent. So yes, I guess a husband could rape his wife. m

Of course, a husband CAN rape his wife - if he has sex with her against her wish - then it IS rape and even GOD won't tolerate that - you are only supposed to have sex to procreate!!!
