1. Watch what you eat. If your not going to exercise (!!) then you should be cutting out nearly all snacks and sugary foods including soft drinks.
2. Eat more prunes to keep you regular!! Some people would suggest laxatives but that there are better, more healthier ways of acheiving the same result without overdoing it.
3. Keep yourself busy so you aren't inclined to want to eat
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Get a tan (fake tan is much better for you!). It makes you look healthier and defines your muscles now. (a bit of trickery will fool people into thinking you've lost weight)
6. Look after someone else! (ie pet, children, partner!). You'll be doing so much work looking after them you won't notice yourself actually losing weight.
7. Or there is always the option of paying someone else to get rid of your weight! Ie going to a nutritionist, weight watchers/jenny craig etc.....
good luck! It is actually possible to do it without exercising, but it will take longer and you won't be toned so depending how much you have to lose, your skin will tend to sag.

With out exercising? You need the exercising to speed up you metabolism. They say that a breathing exercise will speed up your metabolism. Here it is. Let out all the air in your lungs and then push out the rest by sucking in your stomach. Then slowly breath in through your nose for 10 seconds. make sure your lungs are filled to capacity. hold the air for 15 seconds. Then release the air slowly for 15 seconds. Then, when all the air is gone, wait 10 seconds before breathing in again. Do this for 15 minutes, 3 times a day. This is supposed to speed up your metabolism. That might help you to loose weight.
Also, drink two big glasses of water before every meal and one glass before every snack.

Stop eating! you need to concentrate on a healthy diet...dont sit around either--try doing something-be active--without having to exercise--do something you like doing-get a hobby that will keep you occupied-youll think of food less!
and if you can--try doing some simple exersices at home--while watching tv or something--like sit-ups etc--youll lose weight and tone up. and btw--when youre SATISFIED (not full) with the amount of food youve eaten-stop eating! Chewing gum or drinking a lot of water after your meal will signify the end of that meal and you wont wnt to continue eating-- and drink a lot of water during the day to keep you bloated! some people say that smoking stops you from feeling hungry so....!

Stop eating sweets and drinking soda. Can you take a few short walks. 1/2 hour after lunch would be great.

stay off soft drinks, drink big glass of water before eating a meal, don't get second helpings, don't eat candy, when full stop eating, don't eat 2 hours before bedtime, have correct posture
