birth defect like that are uncommon but not inexistant
Marily Monroe for example had 6 toes on one foot(she had one removed as a kid)
Former Cyclist Miguel Indurain was known for having 6 fingers on his left hand. Haven't heard about 2 penises but it's not impossible

yes i read about that in the paper the other day he was from india i think. but the chances of it happening are about 1 in 5.5 million i think
