I have a bulge in tendon at the base of my penis.What is it?

There is normally 2 of the tendons but now there seems to be 1 of them.I've seen my doctor who seems to think that they are just twisted.Its not painfull at either the flacid or erect stage.

Have it checked with your doctor. It can be cancer in the prostate.
