hello every one i am working in a office and i want to downlod but the IT staff of here install proxy server or some think like that no one can downlod so any one knows how to do it ?

you have to know the proxy configuration and changed your connection settings to manual settings and input the right proxy configuration that the proxy uses to connect on the net.

At first u downlod AnlogX Proxy then u Install ur server pc and start proxy u get pot no and all
then go to clint system and configer ur pot no. on internet explorer

try to send the file via e-mail... else download it at home and take it with you.. maybe it is a firewall and if you're not the admin, you can't do anything.. besides, they're logging you, so they know what you're doing, don't risk your job..
