dark blue (or grey, purple blue) will make your eclectic colors stand out. or try a brown.

make them pop with pink tones and rosy brown, plums and purples. Do not match the eye color as this will not make eyes stand out but just look dull. Dark eyeliner around that color will be striking as well

My daughter has blue-green eyes, and a navy shadow applied right under the crease of the lid on top, right above the eye really seems to enhance her eye color and make them look bluer.

i have the same color eyes and i use black eyeliner (it makes your eyes look so pretty if you put in on the inner rim) and i use beige or white eyeshadow.
