He is serving a life sentence in California's Corcoran State Prison, and is up for parole in 2007 (he is now aged 71)... Nobody expects him to ever be paroled, though...

He is eligible for parole in 2007. But he'll be denied most likely...

Yup! Doing time in a California prison - for life. Well, that is of course, if the liberals don't release him sometime in the future.

Unfortunately, but thank God he is in prison and very unlikely he will ever get out.

yes ..........he is safely locked away in a california prison .

he attempts parole every several years , but will never see the light of day again ...............
