you ask even stranger questions! gosh (!), thats tragic about your wrists, sounds very painful! You need a nice young lady to rub some deep heat on them at least twice a day, that should do the trick.

I did the same thing, broke my right wrist and several bones in my hand, the result....my 3rd & 4th metacarpal bones fused together whilst healing meaning my hand doesn't flex in ways that it should and my wrist doesn't bend forwards or backwards as much as it should either (basically its fcuked!).
You can do a few different excercises but the best thing to do is get some physio, if you have to pay then so be it but you need to sort it before its too late.
If you leave it then your wrists will heal as they are and you will never get back full movement and if it heals like mine, riding a bike for me is difficult and painfull on long journeys.

I did the exact same thing. don't worry the movement does come back eventually. just takes a while through being immobile for so long.
I did the finger thing where you touch each finger in turn with your thumb then back (ie 1234321234321).
I also got a powerball, check them out on youtube, they're awesome for building up strength and kinda cool too

bear in mind that the bones will have only just fully healed and your plasters have only just come off, if it persists go to your doctor and he'll put you in the right direction

Best person to ask is a physical therapist, they have exercises on sheets of paper. You can pin it on your wall next to your bed so you can follow the steps before you get out of bed, that way your wrist and muscles will get a good workout before you get out of bed and start your day.

Yup, ask a doctor - you'll be much better off if you are shown proper physiotherapy excercises by a professional which you can then use at home, I'm sure it will depend on the type of break and how it is healing.

Try using stress balls. They are really great exercise for the wrists hon, they help me , I crunched discs in my cervical spine and its effected my left arm and hand severely but I use this every day otherwise my hand would seize up altogether.

Oh my! See a doctor! My friend was involved in an accident too and he's now wearing a metal thing when he bowls. It can be serious.. so better have it checked.

I think you would be better speaking to an Osteopath or Physio first. Any exercises that you start doing could upset your bodies natural repairing ability.
