No. They are only concerned about the bottom line, which is profit.

Of course not!!! Even though they may act like your best friend, in the end, when worse comes to worse and its your job or his, youll definatly be sent to the unemployment office. But what alot of people dont understand is that its business. Think of what you would do in their position. I highly doubt anyone would say, "oh please, let so-and-so keep his job, i'll just go ahead and quit...even though I have 3 kids getting ready to go to college, a $1500 mortgage, and only 8 more years until retirement. No biggie. Im sure I can find a job somewhere else." Yeah right!!! I have a great employer and I trust them quite a bit...but he's not family. Theyre the only people i can totally depend on and trust 100% Theres really nobody else in the world who can beat that.

We in basic terms went with the aid of an unsightly expierence with illigal immigrants, pretend information and ICE at my enterprise. it somewhat is how they perform: They use a pretend Social secure practices quantity then declare 'married and four to 5 dependents on their W-4. because of the fact the form of dependents reduces their witholding to very almost 0 - they then qualify for the 'Earned income credit,' meaning that no longer do exactly they no longer pay income taxes, they get a verify from the government besides. the reason no person caught this became into because of the fact their information have been making use of the Social secure practices numbers of youthful infants so there have been no duplicate tax returns. .

Currently I trust my employer. I trust that they will do what is necessary to keep the business viable and profitable. I want them to do that so I can continue to work.
I do not expect my employer to "take care" of me. I contribute and expect fair compensation. I am responsible for my future and my continual development. My responsibility is to always remain "employ-able".

I have a great amount of respect for my employer. But I have to admit I don't trust him completely -- I think first and foremost he's going to look out for number one, so I have to do the same.

No, I work for 3 companies at the same time. They all kind of put My responsability on each other. So if I didn't try hard. One would point at the other and one. say "were done with this one" and the third would throw their hands up and say "sorry They had to lay you off". "I'm sure of it".
