Studies are finding that the two countries in the world that consume the most dairy products...the US and Canada...also have the highest incidence of Osteoporosis. How can this be? Well, the calcium from dairy products alone is not the sort that will sustain bone health. You need to mix it up and include calcium from plant sources...leafy greens, beans, nuts, broccoli..etc. Check out: The World's Healthiest Foods (www.whfoods.com) They have a great A-Z listing of foods and their nutritional value.
