Somedays I can be as quick as a whip, then the rest of the week I turn into a dumbass, LOL

No! I never thought I was smart! Then a friend had a test from the Mensa people and I took the test, sent it in and the people from the Mensa International Society sent me a bigger test , I did that, sent it in and they sent me a letter saying I had a high IQ of 164 ! So I guess I am smart! Is 164 high?
