First of all it is to be confirmed that u hv a period cycle of 28 days, as all the theories are based on this cycle of 28 days, if u hv the perfect or near to perfect cycle then find out the most possible first day of ur next cycle,substract 14 days from that probable date, and then 5 days prior and 5 days later to that date are the most probable days for getting pregnant.

check yr menstrualcycle.is it 28 days 30 days or whatever.
divide this number by 2.so we get lets say 14 or 15.
2 days before and after 14 (or 15 days) is the right day to have sex to get pregnant

when you have sex huney, your ovalating days between 14-21 days after your cycle better yet when your temp is changing. every woman is diff. some can get preg a day before there cycle as i did with my oldest. and some on the pill, as i did with my second child.

8th day to 18 th day after initating of MC. most probable day is 11-12th. if u wanna preg. , u may play sex on 11-12 day from ur frsr day of MC. becz sperm live for 24 hrs and ovam for 72 hrs, and ovam active on 11-12 day.

a women is most fertile about 14 days after the first day of your last period. keep track of your period on calender so you can work out when it is if your irregular.

I've always heard it's the days immediately before and after your period......don't know how reliable that is though.
