Its an area dedicated to the promotion of IT and its applications in business and economy. Government plans these IT parks and provide infrastructure in it to the IT firms at a subsidized cost in order to promote the IT.

IT Park usually deveopd or maintained by state govt ,now a days it developed by indian multinationals..like Mahindra or DLF...
i usally wok towards software development..with basic facilities required for software development(i.e suitable hardware infastructure,24/7 internet service ,power back up and many more ...

in simple words IT - Information technology ....and u know a park means where normally flowers ,greenery etc is there....so IT - Park is where u can see lots of IT companies like flowers and green grass all around ....just technology is a thing which find in this park.
