The future is ambiguous and filled with possibilities because we have the capacity to do great things or destroy ourselves. It's always been that way. As long as there are people I think that's probably how it will be. In spite of that rather negative comment I HOPE we will figure out how to stop killing each other and start solving those problems for the good of all.

I see the future as growing more complicated as day goes by. Maybe the old timers had it all figured out and somewhere with all the Technology, politics, state vs church, etc everything has moved at a much to fast pace and maybe to fast for even the own Human race that created it all to slow it down now? I hope this makes since to you.

The future is Technology unfortunatly, I wish I can just be a dreamer and say something like the future is colors!
But looking around me and seeing how technology is eating out of our inocense almost every minute, I can't but answer that.

The future is unclear .. as I grow older I have learned that there are somethings one can not control. It will hold happiness, joy, and sadness. Moments of weakness and some that are miracles.
