You are never supposed to mix bleach with anything other than water or laundry detergent, even then you should not touch it or inhale the fumes. Some poisons can kill you by touching them. If it is deadly sometimes there is nothing that can be done to reverse death even if you don't die right away. Read the small print on the bleach bottle.
