Use the extract tool in the filters tab, when done extracting save the image with a new name so you dont overwrite the original. you now will have an extracted image you can paste into any photo you desire anytime you want!
P.S. The lasso tool sucks! If you want a quality picture use extract!
P.P.S. The image I have for my avatar is done in photoshop using the extract tool. The motorcycle which is real, came from a pic i took of it. The beach background was simply a beach. the hut and the family pics in the hut have all been done this way and if you look at the pick on my 360 page, it is hard to tell its fake! As a matter of fact, all the pics used to create this image are on my 360 page

You have several options on this.
- Pen tool
- Marquee tools
- Extraction command
If you are using the pen tool, you can click ion the outer areas of the image (the person) and select the entire person. After that you can convert the Pen anchors to a selection by right clicking the drawn area.
If you are using the marquee tool, the best tool can be Polygon Lasso tool. Again here you can click the outer area and select the person form the back ground. Depending on the background of the original image, you can even get a chance to use the Magnetic Lasso Tool too!
Or you can select the Extract command from the Filters menu. Draw the area you want to cover. Fill the inside with filler tool and press OK.
I recommend that you go thorough the Adobe Photoshop help before using these tools properly.

open the pic of the person in paint, cut the picture of the person out then open your photo shop, open the flyer and slect paste and it will paste the pic on there. you have to play with it and figure out how to size it and do what you want with it.
