How do I setup a network printer

please note This about setting up a NETWORK printer i.e. one that is not connected to your computer but someone elses

attach printer to pc
and just go to control panel and click add printer
u will be displayed with some printer name select the printer name u attached and u may required to insert cd i prompted by system

Very Easy Option
Open ur Network >> Seclect ur PC witch have ur install Printer >> Now ur Shard printer Display as a drive >> then u duble click on Printer >> Now It's Autometicly Find and install Network Printer on ur pc
Note : - ur os will be same
Other One is
Go to >> Control Panel >> Printers and Faxes >> Add new Printer >> Seclect network printer (find system witch have install printer ) then select Driver source then install
It's all depende our Printer, OS, System or ur Knowleg

Go to control Panel- click printer and then add printer- select network printer then select the printer in server computer and then give name click next and finally click finish. Before this process you have to do in server printer you have give sharing. for this right click the printer icon(ex: TVs,epson) in the server and the choose sharing.
