One thing for sure is that it must be really hard for you to come to terms with it especially someone so close my advice to you is try and take the death of your friend 1 day at a time you will never be able to come to terms with it but the only thing that you can do is remember all the good times as well as the bad times together, and if you have to cry and scream your head off do it because believe me it helps a lot, don’t keep it in because in the long run its only going to make matters worst for you…
I pray that you will be able to get through this!!!

Hey, I know right now times are tough. In all honesty you will never get over it.. What I did and still do to this day is, always remember that even though he or she is gone, that person will always be there with you. No matter what he or she is watching out for you. Someday you will meet up again.. You just have to hold your head up. Just think, would he or she want you to be upset, or just remember the good times, and continue with your life. Im not saying forget about them, but keep going, they will help you along the way!

It takes a long time to get over, but concentrate on all of the good memories. Have a party with the other friends and sit around and tell funny stories--it's remarkably cathartic.

Nowadays whenever I think of him I just say 'hi' and ask him if he remembers dancing to Sinatra's Summer Wind at teh L&L tavern all those years ago. But I still can't listen to U2's Joshua Tree without crying.

Yes I have, I just hung around friends. If I needed to get my mind off of it, we just went to the mall or something and went... you guessed it... SHOPPING!!! A girl's second best friend to diamonds... But if you feel like you need to talk about it, just go somewhere where you and your firneds can talk. Get everything off your chest and you'll feel so much better. Hope that helps.

yes i too had a friend who commited sucide for love failure, but i never went to his funeral because ,a fellow who sucides is a coward according to me,i adviced him a lot to forget his love and carry on with his life;but still he commited sucide which is most unforgottable sin,if he dosent know the value of life ,then its better not a friend of mine..
suciding is the most coward act on earth

My twin brother commited suicide. I'm still alive, but I can't say I've dealt with it.

just remember the good times you had with this person. As long as you keep them in your heart, they're never really gone.
