There are many OTC brands, mostly for the manufacturers's benefit.

I dont know but I do know you will waste your money because its the hormones inside you that improve bust,, nothing you rub on will work..

Sorry.... I dont know......... But I agree wid ncgrl...... using such cremes will not improve ur bust line..... it may have some bad effects also.........
