I did read her books for my fascination of vampires, werwolves and the likes but what I got is a 300 pages of sex. I'm afraid to touch her books now.

Her books are interesting if only for the fact that she created a rather fascinating world that revolves around vampire and were-creature lore for her Anita Blake novels, while she re-imagines the Fae in her Merry Gentry series. She is no Anne Rice, but her books are entertaining enough.

Her stories are not that disturbing - as I said, she is no Anne Rice, and Rice's erotica works can be somewhat troubling. Still, they are nothing in comparison to what the Marquis de Sade has written. If you desire to read some truly disturbing erotica, then the works of the Marquis de Sade are at the top of the list.

Don't you think almost every author out there has some kind of erotica in their writings?
I like Ms. Hamilton's books. They are for pure entertainment value.

She has lots of sex scenes on her books lately. But I still think that her plot is still thrilling. I really like her works and ignore the whole erotica scenes and read the rest.

Not too much. Her books will never be considered "classics" (even among the horror or fantasy genres) but they're no saucier than the romance novels out today.
