Fair and Lovely cream does bring a dramatic result in a xcouple of weeks. but You'll find texture of skin getting spoilt after some time. Use a hi-spf sunscreen. Someone who avoided tea and cofee found her complexion lighteneing. Also gramflour (chickpea flour) instead of soap alse defintely lightens colour.

Stay away from direct exposure from the sun so you don't get even more darker pigments.
It's the substance called melanin that's responsible in your skin coloring and there's nothing you can do to magically change that genetic component in your body.
Accept and love who you are so you feel good inside and boost your confidence on the outside.
Good luck,friend.

Aki, everyone in world is looking for what he/she isn't having. you know, white persons go to beaches and they want to turn their skin to a dark one, Even dark colored people are much admired thee days, practically no lotion or cream or doctor can make you white naturally, people here are talking about jackson, he's lost what he was having naturally, in the process he's turned himself to kind of skeleton faced man with detachable nose, So you should not look to be a white colored person, Believe in you and people will start believing in you...

I'm not sure if whitening lotion works but you can try the whitening or bleaching soaps. Since you're gonna use the soap daily when you bathe, maybe they can be of help?
Always srub yourself to remove dead skin cells.

wear sunscreens every time you go out in the sun. Wear a wide-breammed hat. Wear a foundation that is one shade lighter (if you're woman).

Just leave yourself the way you are and embrace your coloring. I think lightening creams for whitening are retarded!
