Like if I was hideous.. but I was kind, happy, generous, emotionally strong, confident, humble, and all these great things.
Or would you talk to me like, only to be nice but not really wanting to talk to me.

Yes i would rather talk to a "really really ugly person" (as you put it) who was nice than talk to a really really good looking person who was shallow and closed minded.
Would also like to say beauty is in the eye of the beholder and nobody is "ugly" unless you are shallow and closed minded.

The sad truth is that most go for looks these days or compete with eachother. Obviously there has to be an attraction of some sort between two people. I'm a sweet, caring, loving woman, and I'm good-looking, but that doesn't mean that people will want to be my friend. When it comes down to it all in the end, people won't like you for what you look like, or how thin you are, or what other features you have. Down the road, people will age, grow wrinkles, and even the ones who get plastic surgery to hide their age will end up looking old too.
Anyways, looks don't matter to me that much, but to an extent they do, like I said an initial attraction will spark a friendship flame. Where looks are scarce, that's where personality makes up for the rest. I look for personality, and a heart. I know what it feels like to be put down because you don't "fit" the standards of what other people feel you should look like. It's completely stupid to go on worrying each day about what people think of you. Who cares? Honestly - If the people you worry about think badly of you, or you feel they do, they're not the type of people you should associate with at all. True friends will love you and accept you for who you are, not what you look like.

you can honestly answer the question by yourself.
If you were my mother, sister, daughter, I would love you as dearly -no matter what.
If you were my friend and I knew you for long time I would treat you the same as any other friend.
If you came for job interview, it depends what kind of job you are good at. If you an animation artist - who cares ? If you need ot be at the Mc Donald counter - no way.
We all more or less know the answer.

Well, I think beauty measures differs from a person to another, also what counts is the internal of the person, I agree external is also important, but we can manage it by good dressing, and chose what fits us.
Being kind, happy, generous, emotionally strong, confident and humble...all these are good qualities....and give you good support.

Honestly, of course i'd talk 2 all people no matter how they look like, but i understand u need to pay more effort to impress others, but i know once u start talking to people and if they liked u, they'd stop finding u ugly, and i swear it happened 2 me, once u like the person u start liking them the way they r and find them lovable

i feel like i'm ugly because i know better than to judge the book by its cover but at the same time i can't seem to get over how visual i have always been. it's a big torment internally.
it's also interesting living as a guy who has been treated "specially" by others for my looks.

If you are really so good , people will like you within short time. Appearance may attract people but its the quality which keep them close.
So, dont bother for your appearnce, be normal and you will find yourself in the middle of so many good friends.

As far as friends, sure i'd still hang out with you, because from a friend standpoint, you can be horrible looking but because i like your personality, in my eyes theres nothing wrong with you. now, i might not find you physically attractive, but that doesnt change the fact that i enjoy hanging out with you.

I'm sure you are not that bad! and besides beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
It is much easier to make someone beautiful on the outside then it is to make someone beautiful on the inside. Trust me!!!

if oyu are a friend of mine then definitely ,yes.But if you are a stranger ,then ,unfortunately,no. Because the book is judged by the cover if we really don't know about the book. At least this holds true in the present world
