No, what happens is that after the kid flosses his teeth, he slips in a puddle that Death caused to leak out of the pipes, and falls into the bath where his neck gets hooked by a make-shift washing line that was strung up

I don't think it was dental floss, I seem to vaguely recall that it was something off the shower curtain.
