Rev up your system with some brisk walks in the AM and or PM and go to bed early if your schedule permits. Get plenty of sleep and exercise. Put your emphasis on doing what is healthy. Eat fresh,less red meat,less processed food,more water ,fruits and veggies.Running up and down stairs is the greatest exercise if you have any handy and so much cheaper than a gym. Happy slimming. You know what to do really, it's just that one act of the will one at a time,"no thank-you" to the sweets,"yes" to fresh whatever.

Exercise and eat sensibly. Exercise is totally the key in this - do it 4 times a week at least and for at least 30 minutes every time. You will lose weight and feel so much better. There is really no quick fix for this and without exercise you will not get anywhere long term.

Well, I just had my tonsils out and lost 20 pounds...
- Try to avoid snacking on anything but peanuts and pretzels.
- Don't eat after 6pm.
- Work out at least once a day for at least 30 minutes.
- Make sure to eat a balanced diet. Avoid red meat.

i feel ya. caffiene always helps. another thing is, once your start moving, working out, it gets easier. the first few weeks are the hardest because your body is adjusting. just eat right, not too little or much and keep moving. after awhile it becomes a habit and you won't feel as tired anymore.

Don't smoke. Persistence. Go to your local gym. Don't feel low or get depressed, it could be hereditary and you can't blame yourself for that. Think positive. Ever heard of Andrew Matthews?
